1. Order Cancellation

- Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- If approved, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method (Bank/Mobile Payment)
- In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on availability

- Pregnancy pillows that have been used, washed, or unsealed
- Items without original packaging or labels
- Free gifts, promotional items, or accessories
7. Shipping & Return Costs
- If the product is faulty or the wrong item was delivered — we cover the return shipping
- If you return for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind) — you pay the return shipping cost
8. Exchange Policy
If your product is eligible for exchange, we will replace it with the same model and size, depending on stock availability.
